One lesson learned

One thing I have learned in my training.

The spots that look really hard to do in pro wrestling is easier than it looks (generally speaking, so don't flame me on this). Also, the spots that look the easiest to do are much harder than it looks.

Just so you know.

  1. Which one is hardest, in your opinion? That is, which one looks deceptively simple from outside the ring, but makes the biggest demands on the men inside the ring?

  2. I wouldn't call it "demanding" but punches and strikes I found the hardest so far. I spent my life not punching people (though I made a few other attacks in my lifetime) and to do strikes in pro wrestling is very challenging. There is gaining the control for doing proper punches and to make them look big and painful. Selling really is the key, I do have an exercise that will help me with giving punches.
